  • Elderly Care Services Specialist
    A professional specialise in comprehensive needs assessments for home, community, and institutional elderly care services; programme planning/implementation; care technology implementation and training guideance; quality evaluation and management; service consultation/referral; and practica application research.

    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Assess and evaluate the needs of elderly care services.
    2. Research care requirements, then develop and implement tailored solutions.
    3. Provide specialised services and guidance in: functional disability care, cognitive impairment support, psychological counseling, and age-friendly environment design/planning.
    4. Design and deliver caregiver training programs; instruct staff on operating elderly care equipment/devices.
    5. Establish and enforce quality management standards for care services, including risk identification, prevention, and emergency response.
    6. Offer consultations, resource coordination, and service referrals for the elderly.
    7. Conduct theoretical/practical research to innovate and promote advanced care techniques and methodologies.
