  • Renovation Project Supervisor
    A professional responsible for renovation plan consultation, material inspection, schedule tracking, quality control, and on-site works supervision.

    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Organise and coordinate stakeholders to finalise renovation plans, conduct on-site technical briefings, and assist clients in budget planning.
    2. Develop construction schedules and material delivery plans.
    3. Assign tasks and coordinate work crews for on-site operations.
    4. Arrange material deliveries, verify brands/quantities, and inspect material quality.
    5. Oversee construction processes, ensure safety compliance, and resolve on-site issues.
    6. Conduct quality inspections at critical stages (e.g., electrical/plumbing, tiling, ceiling, final completion).
    7. Identify accountability for quality/delay issues and implement corrective measures.
    8. Document and maintain construction logs.
    9. Manage client relationships, communicating and coordinating between companies and customers.
