Descriptions & Duties

  • Building Services Technicians perform technical tasks, either independently or under the direction of a qualified engineer, contributory to design, installation, operation, maintenance and repair of building services systems and equipment. Assist to plan, coordinate and supervise their projects.

Academic qualification

  • A higher diploma or an associate degree in building services engineering, mechanical engineering or electrical engineering, or equivalent
