General Requirements

Professional qualification

  • (i) must be holders of Excavator, Bulldozer, Loaders and Grader Operator Certificates or equivalent (you may visit Labour Department website for more details); and (ii) must be registered as Construction Worker and holders of Green Card when working on construction sites (You may visit Construction Industry Council website for registration details)
