Production Clerks

Descriptions & Duties

  • Production Clerks support daily operation of production line and assist in computing quantities of materials required at specified dates for manufacturing, and preparing production operation schedules and related report. Their duties include supporting production on day-to-day operation and maintaining accurate records for consolidating production reports and analysis; coordinating the flow of work and materials within/ between departments; examining stocks and investigating delays; providing administrative and clerical support to production and logistics offices.

Academic qualification

  • usually have secondary 5/6 education level.

Professional qualification

  • holders of relevant Certificate/ Diploma are advantageous

Experience

  • generally require 1-2 years' relevant working experience
