  • Armed Guards carry out guarding work and the performance of which requires carrying of arms and ammunitions and possess valid arms license issued by the Hong Kong Police Force.

Armed Guards must be well trained in the use of a weapon.

General Requirements

Academic qualification

  • Completion of lower-secondary school education, preferably with upper-secondary school education

Professional qualification

  • Holder of valid arms licence and Security Personnel Permit
