Academic qualification
Normally have a bachelor's degree or master's degree in environmental science or a science-related field, such as biology, chemistry, physics, geoscience, or engineering. A Ph.D. is necessary for university research positions. Holders of relevant higher diplomas can articulate to related degree programmes.
