Health Club Managers

Descriptions & Duties

  • Health Club Managers take charge of the operations of the health club/gym/spa and/or to assist the Health Club/Gym/Spa Directors in managing or running the operations. They will be required to promote service and packages to in-house guests/members/customers and provide customer service and handle customer reservations, enquiries and complaints. They need to provide detailed and clear information and safety instructions to users of facilities and equipment. They will post all sales transactions into the computer system and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.

Knowledge in swimming pool regulations

Health Club Managers must have knowledge in and application of relevant policies, procedures and regulations for using swimming pool regulations as well as quality management and certification.

Chartered Institute of Environment Health (CIEH) , UK

Holders of certificate issued by the Chartered Institute of Environment Health (CIEH), UK is an advantage for the post.

Experience

  • 3 to 5 years' relevant working experience is preferable
