They must coordinate effectively with different professionals and clients and have to make choices to ensure that the projects are well completed.

General Requirements

Academic qualification

  • usually have a higher Certificate

Professional qualification

  • must be registered as Construction Worker and holder of Green Card when working on construction sites

Experience

  • possess extensive practical experience in construction

Work Environment

  • Inspectors of Works usually work at the office, but may need to work at construction sites, where they inspect and monitor project progress and activities.
