  • Manufacturing Foremen/ Supervisors perform supervisory duties for a group or groups of craftsmen or other workers by virtue of their skills, trainings and experience. They are responsible for maintaining production at predetermined quality, rate and cost, discipline and safety; liaison between management and workers.
