  • Research and Product Development Managers lead and manage the product development team, conduct research to determine the best way to produce a particular item and ensure the product is finalised according to market needs and company guidelines. They also monitor the production schedule to make sure on time delivery, prepare a cost analysis on the development of a new product and review the product specification.
