  • Cross-Border E-Commerce Specialist
    A professional engaged in international trade activities leveraging internet platforms and digital tools to facilitate cross-border transactions, promotion, operations, and supply chain management of goods or services.

    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Conduct overseas market research and analysis; develop and optimize cross-border e-commerce strategies.
    2. Establish and enhance cross-border e-commerce platforms, manage daily operations, and collect/analyze operational data.
    3. Execute international marketing campaigns and brand development initiatives.
    4. Coordinate cross-border logistics and supply chain management, optimizing overseas warehouse networks.
    5. Ensure compliance management, mitigating and addressing regulatory risks.
    6. Provide customer service, effectively handling feedback/complaints while expanding overseas clientele.
    7. Build and manage cross-border e-commerce teams.
