General Requirements

Academic qualification

  • Normally have a bachelor's degree in construction, surveying, engineering, architecture or landscape architecture.  Holders of relevant higher diplomas can articulate to related degree programmes.

Experience

  • 4-6 years of experience as a surveyor, engineer, architect or landscape architect

Other specific requirements

  • familiar with BIM application
