Advertising & Promotion Managers should be able to use the marketing knowledge to determine the strategy and goals for the advertising and promotional campaign, which should eventually generate sales, build stronger brand or raise audience's awareness of the product or service.

Knowledge in media and advertising

Advertising & Promotion Managers must be able to plan and manage advertising and promotional campaigns in order to create interest for customer to purchase a product or service of an organisation, which includes the identification of target audience, selection of advertising media, negotiation of advertising contracts, evaluation of the effectiveness of campaigns.
