General Requirements

Academic qualification

  • usually have professional qualification in insurance and/or investment, preferably with a bachelor /master's degree. Sometimes, insurance agent with many years of experience can become an insurance sales manager.(related professional qualification, such as Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Passes in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations)
