Descriptions & Duties

  • Club House Officers assist the Club House Managers to manage the clubhouse’s facilities and provide quality customer service to residents in clubhouse. They plan and organise various recreational activities and events, handles customers’ enquiries/complaints and cultivate harmonious relationship with residents. They also need to collect and analyse residents’ feedback for service enhancement, supervise frontline staff and prepare financial statements regarding club house’s operations.

Trade Specific Competencies

Knowledge on club house facilities management

Club House Officers should be familiar with various club house facilities, thoroughly understand the procurement, inspection and repair procedures of club house facilities, have the ability to supervise the performance of suppliers’ and contractors to ensure compliance with relevant legal requirements and the organisation’s quality standards

Knowledge on the management of club house’s customer relations and activities

Club House Officers should have the knowledge and skills in building customer relationships, arranging activities suitable for customers, promoting and monitoring various activities of the club house, and enforcing the rules of club house.

General Requirements

Academic qualification

  • Diploma or above

Experience

  • 2-3 years of clubhouse management and customer service experiences required

Other specific requirements

  • Completion of Property Management / Facilities Management / Hospitality / Sports and Leisure Management related higher diploma or degree programmes is a definite advantage;
    Knowledge in the application of common business software (MS Word & Excel) and Chinese word processing;
    Strong communication skills and good telephone manner.
