Academic qualification
Normally have a bachelor's degree in telecommunications, electronics, computer science, or related disciplines. Holders of relevant higher diplomas can articulate to related degree programmes.
Professional qualification
Corporate members of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE) in Information Discipline, or equivalent
Experience
4 to 6 years of working experience in telecommunications field
