Descriptions & Duties
- Train Operators/ Captains operate passenger trains or an engineering trains in accordance with timetables or special schedules in conformance to rules and procedures. They also perform the role of Train-In-Charge and coordinate with the Operations Control Centre to handle train defects or incidents to ensure safe and efficient train operations and provide high quality customer service.

General Requirements
Academic qualification
Attained Grade E/ Level 2 or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE/ HKDSE
Professional qualification
A valid Hong Kong driving licence class 1 (for the specific post of Train Captain)
Experience
At least 1 year's experience, preferably gained in customer service related industry
