Club House Managers

Descriptions & Duties

  • Club House Managers supervise a team of club house staff and take charge of the overall daily operations and management of the club house facilities and hospitality services establishment within the estate. They formulate the financial budget of the club house; plan the enhancements of club house facilities; formulate the club house codes of conduct; plan as a whole the management of the club house’s customer relationship; plan the outsourcing contracts and quality assessment; plan as a whole the tendering and procurement related to club house facilities/services; and supervise the application of various licenses required by the club house services.

Trade Specific Competencies

Knowledge in the legal requirements for clubhouse facility management

Club House Managers should be proficient in relevant legal requirements for clubhouse and facility management, various licence application requirements and code of practice for procurement.

Knowledge in club house financial management

Club House Managers should have the knowledge to plan the financial budget of the club house and supervise the income and expenditure of the club house; plan the use of clubhouse resources and expand the sources of revenue.

General Requirements

Academic qualification

  • Diploma or above

Experience

  • 5 years of clubhouse or hospitality experiences required

Other specific requirements

  • Completion of Property Management / Facilities Management / Hospitality / Sports and Leisure Management related higher diploma or degree programme is a definite advantage;
    Knowledge in the application of common business software (MS Word & Excel) and Chinese word processing;
    Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills;
    Good English and Putonghua preferred.
