  • Estate & Property Managers manage and oversee daily operations, maintenance, administration, and improvement of commercial, industrial, or residential properties. Trade Specific Competencies

Estate & property management legal knowledge and skills

Estate & Property Managers must be well-versed with Building Management Ordinance (BMO), Deed of Mutual Covenant (DMC) and related Ordinances and able to suggest solutions to tackle the issues when problems arise in the properties under their management.

Professional knowledge in organising owners incorporation

Estate & Property Managers must be able to coordinate and organise owners incorporation in compliance with the requirements and procedures as set out in the Building Management Ordinance (BMO).

General Requirements

Academic qualification

  • A recognised bachelor's degree in housing management or equivalent qualifications

Professional qualification

  • Registered Professional Housing Managers (RPHM) of the Housing Managers Registration Board, or equivalent

Experience

  • 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience
