  • Publishers are responsible for policy formulation, developing policy and strategy for E-publishing business and the profitable operation of the company. Develop and recommend strategic objectives. Plan, budget, organise, direct and control, edits publishing, and promote sales activities, develop the content utilization and storage plan, formulate the transformation and future development plan for publishing.
