Trade Specific Competencies

Professional knowledge in ticketing

Reservations Agents must have adequate knowledge and skills in air ticket fare construction, calculation and booking systems such as ABACUS.

Professional knowledge in airlines and related transportations/ hotel accommodations in different countries

Reservations Agents must be familiar with related information of airlines and related transportations and hotel accommodations of different countries in order to provide suitable services to customers.

General Requirements

Academic qualification

  • Secondary 5/ HKDSE or above

Experience

  • 1 to 2 years' relevant working experience is preferable
