General Requirements
Academic qualification
usually have secondary 5 or above education level. With Grade E/ Level 2 or above in Chinese Language, English Language and Mathematics in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary school education Examination (HKDSEE)/ Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) is preferable. Holder of a Certificate/Diploma in Banking/Finance or related discipline is an advantage.
Experience
1-2 years' relevant working experience in teller, customer service, sales or telemarketing is preferable
